Golf holidays built for women who take their golf seriously
Great courses, good company, the logistics sorted. Leave the planning to us.
Women's golf is the fastest-growing segment in the game. The assumption that golf holidays are a men-only pursuit belongs to the 1980s. Every year we organise more trips for women's societies, mixed groups, mother-daughter breaks, and groups of friends who play to a handicap that would embarrass most men they play with.
The best destinations for women's golf are the same as the best destinations for anyone: warm, well-conditioned, varied. Portugal and Spain for reliable sunshine and excellent facilities. Ireland for the bucket-list links courses. Morocco for somewhere genuinely different.
If you're organising for a ladies' society, we handle everything. If it's a smaller group of friends who want to play somewhere special, same service, smaller scale.
We've booked thousands of women's golf trips. The courses, the hotels, the pace. We know what makes these trips work.
Is this trip for you?
- Women-only groups or mixed groups where women's tees and pacing matter
- You want courses that genuinely welcome women golfers
- A relaxed schedule matters as much as the number of rounds
- You'd appreciate hotel recommendations where the non-golf facilities are excellent
Where do you want to go?

Portugal
Consistently warm, excellent facilities, world-class courses that genuinely welcome women golfers.
Ireland
Links courses that have challenged women golfers for over a century. Ballybunion, Lahinch, Portstewart.

Spain
Year-round sunshine, vast choice of courses, and excellent spa facilities at many resorts.
Every trip includes
"12 of us from our ladies' section, first trip abroad. Golf Planet were excellent — they understood exactly what we needed. The hotel was lovely, the courses were brilliant and genuinely welcoming, and the transfer arrangements were spot on. We're going again next year, already booked."
Questions we get asked
Do the courses have forward tees suitable for ladies?
Yes — we only recommend courses where the forward tees are a genuine playing option, not an afterthought. We visit these courses and play them ourselves.
What about solo female travellers joining a group trip?
We don't currently run open group tours, but if you're travelling solo and need to join an existing group booking, ask us — we sometimes have spaces.
Can you recommend spa hotels for a golf and spa combination?
Absolutely. Several of our best Portugal and Spain hotels have excellent spa facilities. See our Golf and Spa Holidays page for recommendations.
