The terms that apply when you book a golf holiday with Golf Planet Holidays.

1. Company Information
Golf Planet Holidays is a trading name of Golf Planet Holidays Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is in Brentwood, Essex. We hold ATOL licence 3258 and are ABTA member 5093.
2. Booking and Payment
A booking is confirmed when we receive your deposit and issue a booking confirmation. The balance of payment is due 10 weeks before departure. For bookings made within 10 weeks of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept payment by bank transfer, debit card, and credit card. A surcharge may apply to credit card payments.
3. Pricing
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are per person unless otherwise stated. Prices include the services listed in your booking confirmation. Prices are subject to availability and may change before you book. Once your booking is confirmed, the price is fixed except in the case of government-imposed levies or currency surcharges as permitted by The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
4. ATOL Protection
When you buy an ATOL-protected flight or flight-inclusive holiday from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong. We will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where we are not able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable).
5. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. The following cancellation charges apply based on the number of days before departure:
- More than 70 days: deposit forfeited
- 70 to 43 days: 50% of total cost
- 42 to 29 days: 75% of total cost
- 28 days or less: 100% of total cost
We strongly recommend you take out comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover.
6. Changes by You
If you wish to make changes to your confirmed booking, we will do our best to accommodate your request. An administration fee of £25 per person per change may apply, plus any costs imposed by suppliers. Changes to flights may incur additional airline charges.
7. Changes or Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to make minor changes to your holiday arrangements. If we need to make a significant change or cancel your holiday, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of accepting the change, booking an alternative holiday, or receiving a full refund.
8. Our Liability
We accept responsibility for the holiday arrangements we provide or arrange as an organiser under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. We are not responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost, or other claim of any description if it results from the act(s) and/or omission(s) of the person(s) affected, or the act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party unconnected with the provision of the services contracted for, or unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
9. Travel Insurance
It is a condition of booking that all travellers hold adequate travel insurance for the duration of their holiday. Your policy should cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and repatriation. We are not responsible for any costs arising from a lack of adequate insurance cover.
10. Passport, Visa and Health Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold a valid passport and any required visas for your destination. We will provide general guidance but cannot accept liability for any failure on your part to obtain the correct documentation.
11. Complaints
If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (hotel, golf club, etc.) and our team immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue. If you remain dissatisfied, please write to us within 28 days of your return. We are a member of ABTA and disputes arising out of, or in connection with, this contract which cannot be amicably settled may be referred to ABTA's dispute resolution scheme.
12. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation including the UK GDPR.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
