What's included in the price?
Our packages typically include accommodation (bed & breakfast or half board), green fees for the rounds specified, and airport transfers. Flights are usually separate so you can choose your preferred airline and departure airport. We'll make that clear in every quote.
Are flights included?
Not usually — and there's a good reason. Flight prices change daily, and you might want to fly from a specific airport or use air miles. We'll always tell you the best flight options and can book them for you if you'd like, but we don't bundle them into the base price. What you see is what you pay for golf and accommodation.
Can I customise the package?
Absolutely. Different courses, extra nights, non-golfers in the group, spa days, wine tours — you name it. Every trip we build is bespoke. The calculator gives you a starting point; Simon and the team will tailor it to exactly what you want.
Do groups get a discount?
Yes — larger groups typically get better rates. Hotels and courses offer group pricing, and we pass those savings on. If you've got 8 or more, it's definitely worth asking for a group quote. We organise society trips regularly.
How accurate is this calculator?
It's based on real GPH package prices and gives you a solid ballpark. Actual costs depend on travel dates, hotel availability, and specific course choices. Think of it as the right neighbourhood — we'll give you the exact address when you get in touch.
Is my money protected?
100%. We're ATOL protected (Licence 3258) and ABTA members. Your money is safe from the moment you book. We've been arranging golf holidays since 1981 — we're not going anywhere.
